Role summary

You will work directly with the founder and own the full sales cycle for the Australian market. This is a senior role with real ownership. You will help decide who we go after, how we pitch, and what we build next. For the right person, this becomes leadership of our entire sales function.

Australia Experiences is a growing startup operating as a fully managed influencer marketing agency. We manage a network of over 500 nano- and micro-creators across Australia, connecting talented voices with brands to create authentic and engaging content.

About the role

You will find, pitch, and close new clients across Australia in events, hospitality, tourism, cosmetics, entertainment, and retail.

  • Cold call marketing decision-makers and book qualified meetings
  • Build and run your own outbound pipeline across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Work warm inbound leads from our marketing
  • Run discovery calls and pitch our service
  • Negotiate and close deals, with a bias toward recurring collaborations
  • Own the CRM: pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and reporting to the founder
  • Hand signed clients to our delivery team for execution

About you

  • Near-native spoken English, confident on a cold call with an Australian
  • Proven cold calling experience into Australia or a comparable market
  • 5+ years selling marketing services, agency services, media, or a comparable B2B service, with a track record of closing
  • Comfortable running a full sales cycle independently, from cold call to signature
  • Fluent with a modern sales stack. We run Apollo, Gmail, LinkedIn, and Google Sheets
  • Based in Vietnam, able to work as an independent contractor and issue invoices
  • Reliable internet, a quality headset, and a quiet space for calls
