Influencer Campaign Management
Creator campaigns run end to end, without the coordination load.
Once creators are approved, the real work begins: briefs, timelines, revisions, payments, and reporting, all of it multiplied across every creator in the campaign.
Australia Experiences takes all of it on. As the single point of contact between brands and creators, we run each campaign day to day so marketing teams stay free for the bigger picture.

What a Managed Campaign Covers
From kickoff to final report, every moving part of a creator campaign is handled end to end, so the brand's team has nothing to coordinate.
Briefing
Campaign goals translated into clear, actionable briefs, so every creator knows what to communicate and what to deliver from day one.
Coordination
Timelines, logistics, and day-to-day creator contact, all run through one team, so the brand works with a single point of contact instead of managing every creator separately.
Payments and Contracts
Every creator agreement and payment handled directly. The brand sees one invoice, with no admin and no chasing.
Reporting and Results
Every asset delivered ready to reuse, with a clear report on how the campaign performed.
Campaigns build on vetted creators from creator sourcing and vetting.
From Brief to Final Report
Every managed campaign runs through the same three stages, so nothing slips between kickoff and results.
-
Briefing
Brand guidelines become clear creator briefs covering both the creative direction (the look, the key product benefits, the messaging guardrails, and the platform formats) and the logistics (posting dates, the exact assets required, and the hashtags, labels, and tags each post needs). With both spelled out, creators get it right from the first post while keeping their native style.
-
Coordination
Australia Experiences acts as the primary contact for every participating creator and runs the day-to-day: timelines, product delivery and bookings, content submission dates, and reminders that keep everyone on schedule. As content comes in, we gather submissions, pass on feedback, and manage revisions so approvals stay on track.
-
Reporting
The work does not end at publish. We confirm every contracted post goes live on the right date with the right tags, then report total engagement, reach, and Earned Media Value, so the outcome of each campaign is easy to see and easy to share.
Where Our Role Starts and Stops
Clear boundaries keep partnerships smooth. Australia Experiences is the coordination partner for creator campaigns, not a production studio.
What We Handle
Creator negotiations, briefing, timeline tracking, content review, final delivery, and content licensing agreements. The brand receives the agreed assets, on time and on brief.
What Sits Outside Our Scope
Physical content production (creators shoot natively with their own equipment, so no studio shoots, film crews, or set design) and paid media buying (the brand's team or media agency runs the ad spend, while we hand over the finished, licensed assets).
Frequently Asked Questions
How are products shipped to the creators?
We collect and format the shipping details from each contracted creator. The brand or its fulfilment centre sends the products using that information, and we track delivery confirmations to keep timelines accurate.
Do internal marketing teams communicate directly with creators?
It depends on the campaign. By default we act as the main point of contact and handle the messages, emails, and negotiations, which keeps things streamlined for most brands. We do not gatekeep, though: if a brand prefers to speak with creators directly, we set the campaign up that way and stay involved to keep everything coordinated.
What happens if a creator fails to post on time?
We build timeline buffers into every plan. If a creator misses a deadline, we follow up immediately under the agreed campaign terms to secure the deliverable or activate an alternative.
Can we request edits to the creator's content?
Yes. If a submission clearly falls outside the agreed brief, we request revisions. We do encourage some creative latitude, since creators tend to perform best when content keeps their native style.
