We handle the scheduling and briefing up front, booking creators during off-peak hours or dedicated tasting sessions. Each creator arrives with clear venue etiquette, timings, and a single point of contact, so front-of-house knows who is coming and service runs as normal.

Do you work with single venues, or only groups and franchises?

Both. We run campaigns for single restaurants and cafes, multi-site groups, franchise networks, and food festivals (see our events influencer marketing). The number of creators scales to the goal, whether that is one launch or an always-on content program.

Can we use the content in our own ads and on our menus?

Yes, when licensing is secured up front, and we recommend it for every visit. We negotiate the rights so the marketing team can reuse the content across paid social, digital menus, and owned channels. More on our content licensing services.

How do you measure whether a campaign drove covers or orders?

We agree the goal and the metric before kickoff, whether that is foot traffic, bookings, redemptions of a code, or reach, then track creator delivery and performance against it and report back. Where a booking or ordering platform allows it, we tie the campaign to a trackable link or offer code.

How is this different from standard UGC?
